We produce fully biological Filet Americain. We have challenged ourselves and after much testing, tasting and searching we have come to a beautiful biological recipe.

Our quality department has made it its aim to reduce fat, salt and sugars in our products. Of course without harming the flavour and experience. In this way we contribute to healthier choices for the customers.

We strive to process as few E-numbers, additives and allergens as possible into our products. In the years to come we will keep reducing these additives where possible, to make sure everyone can enjoy our products allergy free!

We try to reduce packaging as much as possible. Less package material is less waste and less transportation costs.
