The DGS Group offers meat product departments the possibility to follow free workshops in which the basis of working in a meat product department is explained.
There are two workshops at the DGS Group: ‘Hosting the Fresh Food Counter’ and ‘Cutting, Packing and Presenting fresh meat products’. The seminars both take half a day and are only available to departments working with our products.

In short the seminars deal with the following:
